Internship Programmes
 
   
 
The Faculty of Computing & Information Technology has initiated industrial linkages with ICT and MSC-status companies which provide internship opportunity to our students. Our students gain experience working in a professional IT environment for a period of two months to eight months. They will be exposed to challenging real IT job assignments and projects. We encourage our students to apply for the internship programme through our Industrial Placement Office.
   
  Students are eligible to participate in industrial placement if they fall under any of these categories:
   
  Category 1:
 
  • Degree, completed Year 2
            Duration: 2 - 4 months or 8 months sandwhich mode
 
 
  • Diploma
            Duration: 2 - 4 months
   
  Category 2:
 
  • Students who have completed degree studies are eligible to apply for the MSC Internship Programme
            Duration: 4 - 6 months
            The MSC Internship Programme is a 4 - 6 months on the job attachment with MDeC or MSC-status                   companies. For more information, please visit MDeC website: http://internship.mdc.com.my/default1.html
